Iranthi and Jarkko will be stationed in London for the majority of 2023. In a relentless pursuit of finding their perfect home in London, Iranthi looked at the websites of more than 1000 business websites in the UK. These businesses included real estate agencies, automotive dealerships, e-commerce sites and much more.
“When I was looking at these websites, I noticed that they are spending a lot of unnecessary money and time on live chat agents,” Iranthi says. “Live chat is a technology that’s older than a decade. And it’s time consuming and expensive. Technology is moving forward and so should the real estate industry.”

Lee Hunter joined Serviceform in January 2023 to spearhead the newest wing of Serviceform in London. Lee spent almost ten years working for the Mirror Newspaper as advertising sales manager and then he worked for a media company called Players Media.
With almost 20 years of experience in sales and marketing behind him, Lee is now looking to hire more people for his team in London. He’s also currently on the lookout for a new office space and once he finds one, potential customers and partners will be able to drop by and say hello to the team members at the newest Serviceform branch.
